Residences at Greenbelt Laguna Tower 3 Bedroom Condo For Lease: san lorenzo tower

I know someone that would like to lease a three bedroom condo with four bathrooms at the Residences at Greenbelt Laguna Tower 32F that is 187 square meters. It is centrally located in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There is also a small room for a helper that has their own private bathroom. There is a bathroom close to the living room. That would be a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Since it is a corner unit on the 32nd floor, you'll be able to enjoy the view that faces Manila Bay and Esperanza Street.

The residents have a private walkway to Greenbelt Mall. If it is raining, you'll be able to walk from the condo to Greenbelt Mall, Landmark, Glorietta, ShoeMart and Ayala without getting wet.

The master's bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen/full sized bed. The third bedroom has a sofa bed and a lounge chair. The living room has a couch, table, and entertainment system. The dining room table set seats 6 people. The kitchen comes with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. There are three televisions with a table/wall mounted. There is a dvd player and a speaker system per television . There is also a washer and dryer in the helper's room. We have 2 parking spaces, but we would like to keep one of the parking spaces.

I have attached pictures to show the furniture and appliances that are provided with the condo.

We are asking 215k per month for a one year lease, but we're willing to accept 195K with a 3 year lease. We would like a non-smoking tenant.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

David Delinko
